Size 10 shell fits either size 9 or 10 booties. 
Booties are needed to wear Tech 10's. These are best for someone who already has a set of Tech 10's or can find a used pair to buy to use with these.
 
These boots have moderate wear all around and show their age with stains and discoloring. No major flaws.
