  • Where is your store you located?
    Our store is located at 1111 Harrisburg Pike, Carlisle PA 17013. We provide free US shipping on most of our new boots and around $20 US shipping on used boots.
  • What is your return/exchange policy
    To keep it short, New boots can be returned or exchanged. Used Boots may be returned but are subject to a restock fee. All other products are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless we make a mistake on the order.
  • How does the boot trade-in program work?
    Each boot is given a unique value based on Model, Condition, Size, etc. Send us some pictures of you boots to get a trade-in value. Check out our "Trade-in Program" tab for more details. If you still have questions, come back to the chat box or contact us!
  • When will my order ship?
    Once we confirm that your trade-ins have been shipped, we'll get your new pair on the way.
  • How long does it take to receive a trade-in value after filling out the form?
    We strive to respond same/next business day. However, as we often spend weekends traveling to different tracks, there might be some delays. Rest assured, we will get back to you as soon as possible.
  • Can I combine multiple trade-ins for one order?
    Absolutely! You can combine multiple trade-ins towards the purchase of your next pair of boots.
  • Is there a time limit for using the promo code for my trade-in value?
    Yes, promo codes generated for trade-in values are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance. This can be extended assuming the boots are in the exact same condition.
  • How do I ship my trade-ins back to you?
    After placing your order for new boots, you will receive a return label from us. Once you receive this label, simply pack up your old boots securely and drop them off at any UPS location.
  • Can I use my trade-in credit on any boots?
    Yes, you can use the promo code towards the purchase of any new or used boots on our website.
  • Can the trade-in credit be applied towards a pair of Used Boots?
    Yes! Your trade-in credit can be applied towards any pair of boots on our website New or Used.
  • Do I need to do anything after submitting the form?
    Yes, after submitting the form, you will receive an automated follow-up email requesting pictures of your boots. Please reply to this email with the requested photos to proceed with the trade-in process.
  • What photos do I need to send when replying to the follow-up email?
    Please include clear photos of your boots that showcase the overall condition, including any wear, scuffs, or damage and most importantly, the soles to see peg wear. This will help us provide an accurate trade-in value based on the condition of your boots.
